By accessing or using Imperia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Imperia is a personal productivity operating system designed to help individuals organize their tasks, manage time, track finances, capture thoughts, and optimize performance through gamification and psychological leverage.

Key features include:

• Action — project management and task execution
• Time — schedule planning and focus sessions
• Money — personal budget tracking and financial overview
• Thoughts — document creation and knowledge management
• VIP Lounge — rewards, achievements, and rank progression
• Shadow Protocol — optional psychological leverage system

Imperia is a personal productivity tool. It is not designed for team collaboration or enterprise use.

To use Imperia, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

One person may maintain only one account. Sharing account credentials is not permitted.

You may update your profile information (name, callsign, avatar) at any time through the settings page.

Imperia offers a paid subscription. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page and is denominated in Moroccan Dirham (MAD).

Payment Methods

• Manual Payment — via WhatsApp at the number provided during checkout. After payment, access is granted upon verification
• Payment Gateway — online payment through our secure payment processor. Your payment details are handled entirely by the processor and are not stored on our servers

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 7 days of payment for a review. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to fairness.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change affects their subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use Imperia for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Our Property

Imperia, including its design, code, features, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Imperia. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of the content you create within Imperia — your tasks, documents, notes, financial records, and any other personal data. We claim no ownership over your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service to you.

Shadow Protocol is an optional feature that uses personal leverage statements you provide to generate motivational messages when your performance drops.

By enabling Shadow Protocol, you:

• Acknowledge that messages may reference sensitive personal information you provided
• Consent to receiving direct, challenging messages based on your leverage data
• Understand you can disable Shadow Protocol at any time from settings
• Can delete your leverage data permanently at any time

Shadow Protocol is designed to motivate, not harm. However, if any message causes distress, disable the feature immediately and contact us.

Your use of Imperia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@imperia.one. Upon account closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

Imperia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imperia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Imperia shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
